Delivery Lead Times
Please allow 14 days for your item to be made. Shipping to UK addresses is 1-2 business days, 3-5 longer for international. Please be advised delivery times cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods.
Where we ship to
We are based in Surrey, United Kingdom and ship all over the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
Shipping Costs
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible at the same time balancing that our treasures arrive in perfect condition.
Sometimes, our carriers change their prices without telling us, so whilst these prices are correct at the time of publishing, they are subject to change.
The cost of packing and delivery will be shown in your shopping cart before you are asked to confirm and pay for your order.
We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes and require a valid street address for delivery.
We are unable to ship orders using other shipment methods i.e. customers own courier or by different services.

Shipping costs to USA addresses are:

Customs Duty
Following EU VAT changes 1st July 2021, customers will be liable for any duties, taxes and/or clearance fees payable at point of delivery.
Warranty
We offer full warranty on all products from the date of purchase as recorded on the website. This excludes damage caused by yourself but includes manufacturing flaws in the materials.
We retain the right to refund or replace in the event of an item being found faulty on receipt only.
Damaged on arrival
If the goods arrived damaged you must notify us within 3 working days and cooperate with us in making a claim against the carrier. We will contact you to arrange with you for the goods to be returned and on receipt of the returned goods will dispatch a replacement where possible on the same day.
Warranty claim
If you wish to make a claim under the warranty please contact us before returning the goods. We will agree a method of shipping with you. On receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it to ensure that it is a manufacturing fault and either refund or replace at our discretion. If you follow this procedure we will refund the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Alternatively we may agree to refund the original purchase and shipping costs. If we find that the fault was not a manufacturing fault we will offer to replace at a cost to you.
